Same-day cancellations forfeit deposit.

Deposit can be transferred for rescheduling within the same month. There’s a 10 minute grace period.

The deposit will Be relinquished as a late fee.

Appointment canceled after 15 minutes based on my schedule if late.

Lock extension Services must be scheduled Two weeks ahead with 50% of service amount due as a deposit.

Same-day SQUEEZE-IN requires a $50 fee.
